What happens after the first 12 months?
Nothing changes for you. Your founding member rate locks in forever. We only raise prices for new customers who join after the launch period ends. This is our way of rewarding the gym owners who believe in us early.
Can I change tiers as my gym grows?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade anytime based on your active member count. If you start on Starter and grow to 150 members, you'll move to Professional. If you drop back down, you can downgrade. Your founding member discount applies to whichever tier you're on.
Are there setup fees or long-term contracts?
No setup fees, no contracts, no cancellation penalties. We earn your business every month by being reliable and valuable. You can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice, and we'll even help you export your data.
What counts as an "active member"?
An active member is anyone with a current paid membership. Trial members, expired memberships, and inactive accounts don't count toward your limits. If you're near a tier boundary, we'll always give you a grace period before upgrading you.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes! Every plan includes a 14-day free trial with full access to all features in your tier. No credit card required to start. We'll also help you migrate your existing data during the trial so you can see KyoOS working with your real members.
